Optional pre-entry courses

At the moment we are offering two optional pre-entry courses.

1. Nirmala Draksha, Developing an authentic personality

   This course enables you, in the safe company of other women, to explore how to hear and respond to your own inner voices in the face of religious, cultural, and family expectations. 1 cr.hr. Nirmala Draksha

   This five-week course uses case studies and women-to-women interaction by way of illustrating the innovative learning style of Catherine College.

   If you complete the exercises of each lesson and a final assessment paper, you will receive a certificate from our Virtual College. Click here to get details about registration.

2. Nirmala Draksha, Developing management skills

   This course develops your management skills. It is designed to coach you in the basic skills that will be useful to you when planning projects or undertaking leadership responsibilities. 2 cr.hrs. Nirmala Draksha

   If register yourself for the course and complete the exercises of each lesson and a final assessment paper, you will receive a certificate from our Virtual College. Details about registration are given at the end of each lesson.

3. Course on Basic Economics

The purpose of this course is to make individuals understand:

• the reason for the social exchange system involving money and currency
• advantages of capital formation for personal and social progress
• markets & prices
• the history of the banking system
• money, income & interest rates
• entrepreneurship & investment
• practical guidelines on how to judge bank services, etc.
