Tuition for our courses

Catherine of Siena Virtual College is a non-for-profit organization. The development of our courses is financed by Charitable Trusts. However, for the day-to-day running of the College we vitally need tuition from those who can afford to do so.

Need tuition assistance? Our scholarship funds are limited, but, for the moment, we have not turned anyone away, esp. those women living in developing countries. Applications for full and partial scholarships are due three days prior to the beginning of a new set of classes. Click here to apply.

For courses below where the tuition is $80, send $80 in all countries where the currency is in "dollars" (e.g., Canada, Australia) or £50 in the UK or €50 in the EU. Divide by 2 when tuition is $40. Multiply by 1.5 where the tuition is $120. Multiply by 0.75 where the tuition is $60.

Non-returnable Tuition Policy

Given the purposeful size and composition of each class, anyone dropping out or falling behind in a given class reduces the learning for all concerned. At times, however, we understand that one might have to drop out or fall behind due to unforseen and tragic circumstances. We regret to say, however, that tuition cannot be returned in this instance due to the fact that mentors and tutors have been hired and potential students have been turned away. In the case where someone needs to leave a class due to unforseen and tragic circumstances, they can receive a partial credit toward a future class if they notify their tutor or the Registrar of their circumstances in a timely fashion.

Payment by Credit Card

The easiest way to make your payment is through a credit card. Our system is very secure and you will receive two email acknowledgements: one from us and one from the online bank.

You can make your payment through five major credit cards (see above) and in the major currencies. Unfortunately we can not accept American Express just now.

Credit card payments through our site are handled by two reputable firms: SecureTrading and the NatWest Bank.

Sponsorship payment

If the course or qualification you've chosen is geared towards your job or developing your career, you could ask your employer to sponsor you by paying some or all of the fees. We'll send you information and a sponsorship form on request.
